Alco RS3 Long Hood Top Panel Plate – $4.95

This top panel plate fits on the top of the long hood of HO scale Atlas RS-3 locomotives where the existing vents are.  It replaces the cast vent detail.  It is recommended that you sand any raised detail to be able to apply the plate so it lays flat.
